This year’s Mass for Survivors of Suicide Loss will take place at San Rafael Parish on Saturday, Sept. 4, at 5 pm. Auxiliary Bishop John Dolan, a survivor of suicide loss, will be the main celebrant. Friends and family members are invited to join us to celebrate a Mass for their loved ones and experience healing and support. We also invite you to provide the names of your loved ones to Belen at bolivero@sdcatholic.org/848-490-8299 so that they can be included in a special book of prayer.

The San Rafael Parish will also be hosting a workshop before the Mass on suicide awareness and prevention at 4 pm with Michele Madden from Survivors of Suicide Loss-San Diego. Learn more about how you and your parish can offer hope, support, encouragement, and education to those who struggle with mental illness, depression, or thoughts of suicide.
