All parishes that registered for the Rite of Election will receive a confirmation email the week of January 25th, 2021. The confirmation will be sent to the email submitted during registration and will designate your ceremony time.

All seating arrangements have been placed six feet apart to ensure social distancing. Each person will have a designated seat. Individuals need not bring their own chairs.
The event is in compliance with health and safety guidance. The following will be observed:
- Temperature checks upon arrival. Anyone with a reading of 100.4 or higher will not be admitted.
- The event will be limited to a maximum of 90 minutes
- Social spacing will be maintained. Each chair has been placed 6 feet apart.
- Facial coverings are required of every participant
- Proper chair sanitation will take place before and after each rite
Prior to attending, each parish group must remind their attendees of the CDC Symptom Guide (English) (Spanish). If they are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who as tested positive for COVID-19, they must remain home.

The designated area for buses to drop off and pick up is located in front of Good Shepherd Catholic School at 8180 Gold Coast Drive.
Restrooms are available on the premises; however, in keeping with the guidelines, we are limiting them to emergency use only. Access to restrooms are restricted to (2) individuals at a time. Please plan accordingly as much as possible!

Yes, should weather inhibit the diocesan celebration of the Rites of Election, we shall issue a 48 hour notice and the Liturgy Guide available on our website should be used by all parishes for the celebration of the Rite of Election at another time.
