All parishes that registered for the Rite of Election will receive a confirmation email the week of January 25th, 2021. The confirmation will be sent to the email submitted during registration and will designate your ceremony time.
Yes, an Order of Service in English and Spanish will be provided on the ROE website for individuals to download. Check back for more information.
Each person will have an assigned chair. Individuals need not bring their own chairs.
The event is in compliance with health and safety guidance. The following will be observed:
- The event will be limited to a maximum of 90 minutes
- Social spacing will be maintained
- Facial coverings are required of every participant
- Proper chair sanitation will take place before and after each rite
Prior to attending, each parish group must remind their attendees of the CDC Symptom Guide (English) (Spanish). If they are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who as tested positive for COVID-19, they must remain home.

Yes, a ticket will be provided detailing the section and seat number for each individual.
The designated area for buses to drop off and pick up is located in front of Good Shepherd Catholic School at 8180 Gold Coast Drive.
Restrooms are available on the premises; however, in keeping with the guidelines, we are limiting them to emergency use only. Access to restrooms are restricted to (2) individuals at a time. Please plan accordingly as much as possible!

Yes, should weather inhibit the diocesan celebration of the Rites of Election, we shall issue a 48 hour notice and a guide will be provided to all parishes for the celebration of the Rite of Election at another time.
